Sean is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This product is a life saver by helping my mother load my fathers mobility scooter onto the back of their vehicle with ease, no more heavy lifting. This increases my fathers independence and his quality of life since he is able to attend more outings and events, medical appointments , meet with friends, watch his grandsons baseball games and granddaughters soccer matches. Having this freedom provides a sense of happiness and connection my father otherwise wouldn't have (or would be much more challenging to achieve). Sean assisted our family with the whole process from start to finish. He came over to our residence to assess which lift and platform would work best for our vehicle and even recommended which stores to purchase the hitch and rack (at the best price) from then returned to install it.
